About Zesmir Manufacturing
Custom 3D Printing Manufacturer for Prototypes, Enclosures and OEM Parts
Zesmir helps overseas buyers turn CAD files, photos, sketches and product ideas into real parts. We review the model first, choose a practical process, then quote for prototypes, custom 3D printed products, gift models or small-batch OEM production.
What we actually check
- File qualitySTL, STEP, OBJ, drawings or clear photos
- Process routedetail, strength, color, tolerance and finish
- Production planone sample, repeat order or small OEM batch
- Export handoffpacking, delivery timing and project communication
Our position
A Manufacturing Partner, Not Just a Figurine Shop
Zesmir started from custom 3D printing and model finishing, but the work is broader than portrait figurines. Buyers come to us for electronics housings, product shells, robot covers, brackets, jigs, resin display samples, nylon functional parts, metal prototypes, pet memorial gifts and branded souvenir batches.
We do not promise a blind one-click price for every file. A useful quote needs context: part size, wall thickness, target use, surface requirement, quantity, tolerance, color, painting, inserts, packing and export timing. That is why the main workflow is simple: upload files or photos, let us review the project, then move from sample to production when the route makes sense.
Manufacturing scope
Custom 3D Printing Manufacturer Support for Industrial Parts, Gifts and Product Development
Zesmir combines additive manufacturing, finishing and practical export support for buyers who need more than a catalog item.
Industrial Enclosures and Functional Parts
Electronics housings, sensor shells, brackets, covers, fixtures and fit-check parts made from CAD files or drawings. We check assembly clearance, wall thickness, screw bosses and finishing needs before production.
Prototype Samples and Product Models
SLA, MJF/SLS, FDM and metal processes support concept models, appearance samples, structure tests and low-volume parts for product teams, engineers, schools and labs.
Custom Gift Models and Figurines
Photo-to-3D portraits, pet models, memorial gifts, mascots and retail display pieces remain part of the service, especially when buyers need painting, surface finishing or batch packaging.
Sample to OEM Batch Production
For repeat orders, we help review material choice, finishing route, packing method and delivery timing so one approved sample can become a more stable small-batch order.
Process options
Seven 3D Printing Routes, Plus Finishing and Machining Support
SLA Resin
For high-detail appearance parts, resin prototypes, miniature models, smooth surfaces and paintable gift pieces.
MJF / SLS Nylon
For stronger functional nylon parts, complex shapes, brackets, housings and low-volume production without support scars.
SLM / Binder Jetting Metal
For stainless steel, aluminum or other metal parts where strength, heat resistance or metal functionality matters.
FDM Engineering Plastics
For larger prototypes, low-cost fixtures, rough fit checks and selected ABS, PETG, PC or nylon-like plastic parts.
WJP Full Color
For visual models, character pieces, display samples and products where native full color can reduce painting work.
CNC, Vacuum Casting and Sheet Metal
For hybrid manufacturing when a printed sample needs tighter tolerance, machined surfaces, silicone molding or sheet metal housing work.
Who we serve
Built for Overseas Buyers Who Need Clear Review Before Production
Typical projects come from product developers, gift brands, souvenir companies, pet product sellers, robotics teams, education labs, cross-border sellers and procurement teams testing a new design before committing to tooling.
- No minimum order for many prototype and custom model projects.
- CAD files, photos and drawings are handled as confidential project files.
- NDA support is available for commercial engineering and OEM work.
- Finishing, painting, coating, packing and export delivery can be reviewed together.
How we work
From File Review to Finished Custom 3D Printed Products
Send Files or Photos
Upload STL, STEP, OBJ, ZIP, CAD drawings, product sketches or clear reference photos through the RFQ page.
Review Manufacturing Route
We check model quality, scale, process fit, material options, finish risk, quantity and delivery requirements.
Quote and Confirm
You receive practical feedback before production, not a forced automatic price that ignores part details.
Print, Finish and Pack
Parts can be printed, sanded, coated, painted, machined, assembled or packed depending on the project.
Quick answers
About Zesmir Custom 3D Printing Manufacturer Services
Can Zesmir print industrial housings and enclosures?
Yes. Send CAD files or drawings so we can check wall thickness, screw bosses, heat exposure, inserts, surface finish and whether 3D printing, CNC or another process is better.
Do you only make figurines?
No. Figurines and pet models are only one visible category. We also support prototype samples, functional nylon parts, resin models, product shells, fixtures, brackets and OEM gift products.
What should I send for review?
STL, STEP, OBJ, CAD drawings, target quantity, material ideas, finish requirements and photos if the appearance matters. Our STL file preparation guide is a useful starting point.
Where can I learn more before sending files?
Read the 3D printing FAQ, browse the Zesmir blog, or review broader additive manufacturing guidance from ASTM International.
