Can you make a 3D figurine from one photo?
Yes, in many cases we can evaluate a custom 3D figurine from one clear photo. However, for better likeness, we recommend sending front, side and back photos whenever possible.
Can you make custom pet figurines from photos?
Yes. We can review dog, cat and other pet photos for custom 3D modeling, resin printing and hand-painted pet figurines. Clear photos from multiple angles help improve the final result.
Do you offer hand-painting for custom models?
Yes. Many photo to 3D portrait models and pet figurines can be finished with sanding, priming and hand-painting depending on your target appearance and budget.

3D Files, Materials and Printing Technologies
What file formats do you accept?
We commonly review STL, OBJ, STEP, STP, IGS and CAD files. If you are not sure whether your file is suitable, you can send it to us for a basic printing feasibility check.
Which 3D printing processes do you support?
We support SLA, MJF, SLS, SLM, FDM, BJ and WJP. Different processes are suitable for different needs, including smooth resin models, nylon functional parts, metal components and large prototypes.
How do I choose between SLA, SLS, MJF and FDM?
SLA is often used for smooth and detailed resin models. SLS and MJF are suitable for stronger nylon parts. FDM is useful for larger or cost-effective prototypes. We can recommend a process after reviewing your project.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We support one-piece custom orders for many projects, including custom figurines, pet models and prototypes. Small batch production is also available when you need multiple parts.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on project complexity, quantity, printing process and finishing requirements. Simple prints may be faster, while hand-painted figurines or complex engineering parts may require more time.
