Front, side and back views give the modeler better evidence for body shape, clothing, hairstyle and markings. The expected likeness and any uncertain areas should be agreed before modeling begins.

Yes. We can review dog, cat and other pet photos for custom 3D modeling, resin printing and hand-painted pet figurines. Clear photos from multiple angles help improve the final result.

Yes. Many photo to 3D portrait models and pet figurines can be finished with sanding, priming and hand-painting depending on your target appearance and budget.

We commonly review STL, OBJ, STEP, STP, IGS and CAD files. If you are not sure whether your file is suitable, you can send it to us for a basic printing feasibility check.

Zesmir publicly accepts projects for review across SLA, MJF, SLS, SLM, FDM, Binder Jetting and Full-Color WJP. The appropriate route depends on geometry, material family, surface target, quantity and critical features; the list does not mean every material or tolerance is available for every part.

SLA is often used for smooth and detailed resin models. SLS and MJF are suitable for stronger nylon parts. FDM is useful for larger or cost-effective prototypes. We can recommend a process after reviewing your project.

The price depends on model size, material, process, complexity, quantity and finishing requirements. Please send files or photos, target size, quantity and delivery country for a practical quote.

You can submit a one-piece prototype or small-batch requirement for review. The feasible minimum quantity still depends on the selected process, material, finishing work, packaging and supplier conditions. A sample is normally approved before repeat production when appearance or fit matters.

Production time depends on project complexity, quantity, printing process and finishing requirements. Simple prints may be faster, while hand-painted figurines or complex engineering parts may require more time.

The manufacturing route changes the real work behind a quote. Material, build orientation, support removal, packing density, finishing, inspection, packaging and delivery can differ even when the geometry is unchanged. Compare the proposed process and acceptance scope, not only the final price.

Sample approval is useful when fit, appearance, color, hand-painting, assembly or packaging matters to the batch. Define the file revision and acceptance points in writing, review the sample, then confirm any correction before repeat production.

Yes. Sanding can remove material, while primer, paint and coating can add thickness. Identify mating faces, threads, sealing areas and other critical features before finishing so masking, machining allowance and final inspection can be planned for the selected part.

CNC finishing can be reviewed for holes, threads, sealing faces, bearing seats, flat surfaces and other features that need tighter control than the selected as-printed route. The model must include suitable machining allowance, datum strategy and inspection requirements.

Confirm the approved file revision, critical dimensions, fit or assembly checks, surface and color expectations, sample status, packaging needs and required records. The inspection scope and sampling plan should be stated in the quotation, drawing or order documents.

International delivery can be reviewed after the destination, parcel size, quantity, product risk and requested date are known. The available carrier, packing method, freight cost and delivery plan are project-specific and should be confirmed in the quotation or order documents.

Raise NDA and file-handling requirements before sending sensitive production data. The parties, scope, permitted use, retention and signing process must be reviewed and agreed for the specific project; this FAQ does not create an automatic confidentiality agreement.

Packaging should match the part risk. Fragile figurines need protection around thin projections and painted surfaces; functional parts may need separation, cleanliness protection or labels. Final packing and carrier options depend on quantity, dimensions, weight, finish and destination.
