Shipping Policy

This shipping policy explains production lead times, international delivery, tracking, customs duties and package support for Mentu Studio custom 3D printing orders. We provide worldwide shipping for prototypes, production parts, custom figurines, pet models, resin models, metal components and CNC manufacturing projects.

Global Express Shipping Carriers

To help custom engineering prototypes, personalized figurines and delicate 3D printed models arrive safely, Mentu Studio ships international orders through reliable express carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx Express, UPS Worldwide or other suitable logistics partners based on destination, package size and project requirements.

Most shipments include a tracking number so customers can monitor delivery progress after the package has been dispatched.

Production and Shipping Lead Times

Total turnaround time includes both production time and shipping time. Production time depends on model complexity, selected 3D printing process, material, quantity, post-processing, hand-painting, inspection and packaging requirements.

Shipping time does not include production time. Express international delivery usually takes approximately 5 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country, customs inspection and carrier conditions.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for customs clearance fees, import duties, local taxes, administrative charges and any other fees required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated in a written quotation.

As the importer of record, the customer is responsible for complying with local import regulations, customs documentation requirements and product inspection rules.

Shipment Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

After your order is packed and handed over to the carrier, we will provide shipment information whenever available. Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after the package is collected.

Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, email address and recipient information are accurate before shipment. Incorrect shipping information may cause delay, return or additional fees.

Packaging for 3D Printed Parts and Custom Models

Mentu Studio carefully packages 3D printed parts, prototypes, resin figurines, pet models and hand-painted items according to their size, material and surface finish. Fragile or detailed items may require additional protective packaging.

For delicate custom models, please handle the package carefully after delivery and inspect the product as soon as possible.
