Welcome to Mentu Studio (https://zesmir.com). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, engineering review services, and custom 3D printing and handicraft manufacturing solutions.

By submitting a design file, requesting a quotation, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not utilize our services.

These terms of service explain how Mentu Studio handles custom 3D printing orders,

file submission, quotations, production tolerances, payment, shipping and customer responsibilities.

1. Custom Manufacturing & Ordering Process

  • Design File Submission: Customers are responsible for providing accurate 3D CAD design files (such as .STL, .STEP, .STP, .IGS). Mentu Studio will perform a standard technical DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review, but we are not liable for inherent design flaws or structural engineering errors within the files provided by the customer.
  • Quotations: All price quotes generated by our engineering team are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Order Acceptance: Production begins only after clear payment terms are met and full confirmation of project specifications is acknowledged.

2. No Minimum Order Quantity (Zero MOQ)

We proudly support independent designers, individual creators, and corporate engineers alike. We enforce a strict No Minimum Order Quantity (Zero MOQ) policy. We welcome single-piece functional prototyping, personalized miniature gifts, custom figurines, and low-volume production runs.

3. Production Tolerances, Finishes & Hand-Painting

  • Manufacturing Tolerances: Industrial-grade 3D printing involves specialized layer-by-layer additive manufacturing. Standard dimensional tolerances apply based on the specific material chosen (metal, resin, or polymer). Minor micro-textures or layer lines inherent to additive processes are normal and not considered manufacturing defects.
  • Exquisite Hand-Painting: For customized projects requiring professional hand-painting and post-processing, customers acknowledge that each item is meticulously finished by studio artists. Slight variations in shading or finish detail are inherent to the handicraft process, ensuring that every artistic creation remains a unique masterpiece.

4. Shipping, Customs & Global Delivery

  • Fulfillment: We dispatch completed orders worldwide using premier global express couriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
  • Customs & Import Duties: Customers are designated as the importer of record. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local import regulations, agricultural or customs inspections, and paying any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by your destination country.
  • Shipping Damage: In the rare event that items are damaged during international transit, customers must document the package with clear photos and notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a carrier claim.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

  • Custom Non-Refundable Items: Because our 3D prints, Q-version figurines, pet memorials, and engineering prototypes are uniquely customized and manufactured strictly according to your proprietary specifications, all orders are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds once raw material slicing or production has commenced.
  • Quality Remediation: If a delivered product severely deviates from the approved blueprint dimensional constraints or suffers a verifiable manufacturing fault on our part, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly evaluate the case to arrange a free reprint or repair remediation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mentu Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, downtime, or damage arising out of the use or inability to use our manufactured prototypes or parts in end-market applications.

7. Intellectual Property Indemnification

Customers retain full intellectual property rights over their submitted designs. However, by uploading files, you warrant that you own or possess the necessary licenses and rights to the design. You agree to indemnify and hold Mentu Studio harmless from any third-party claims, lawsuits, or copyright/patent infringement liabilities resulting from the reproduction of designs you provide.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws governing our studio operations.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
