A useful quote needs more than a file and a material name. We review the information that can change fit, appearance, unit cost and the route from sample to batch.

We check file format, model scale, thin walls, enclosed volumes, unsupported details and areas that may need machining or assembly allowance.

Use, finish and quantity

A display model, fit-check prototype and working fixture do not need the same process. Quantity and finishing also change the sensible production route.

Open points before pricing

If a tolerance, color target, thread, insert or delivery requirement is unclear, it is flagged before the sample is approved rather than hidden inside a generic quote.
