This Privacy Policy explains how Zesmir (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you visit zesmir.com, request a manufacturing quote, upload a project file, contact us, or purchase a product.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when requesting a quote, placing an order, or contacting us:

  • Contact and order information: name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, shipping address, and order details.
  • Project information: photos, drawings, CAD or mesh files, specifications, quantities, and notes supplied for file review, quoting, prototyping, or production.
  • Communications: messages and project preferences shared through our forms, email, WhatsApp, or Facebook.
  • Website usage information: pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, browser and device type, and interactions such as quote-form completion or contact-link clicks.

2. Project files and confidentiality

Project files are used to review manufacturability, prepare a quote, make approved samples or production parts, and provide the services you request. Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for those purposes.

  • We do not sell uploaded designs or use them to manufacture products for unrelated customers.
  • We do not publish project images or files for marketing without permission.

3. How we use information

  • Review files, answer inquiries, and prepare quotations.
  • Produce, finish, package, deliver, and support approved orders.
  • Process payments and meet accounting or legal obligations.

4. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to measure website traffic and actions such as a successful inquiry submission, a WhatsApp or email link click, and a service-page contact-button click. These analytics events do not include the contents of form fields, uploaded CAD files, photos, messages, names, or email addresses.

We do not sell personal information or project files. We share information only when reasonably necessary to operate the website or complete a requested service. Recipients may include website hosting and email providers, payment processors, production or finishing partners, packaging and shipping providers, analytics providers, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and website security.

Zesmir serves customers in multiple countries. Information may therefore be processed in a country different from the one where you live. We take reasonable steps to limit access and protect information according to the purpose for which it was supplied.

No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical measures to reduce unauthorized access.
