Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use zesmir.com, submit files, request a quotation or place an order. For custom work, the written quote, approved files, specifications and order confirmation define the project together with these terms.

A custom manufacturing order cannot be defined by this general page alone. If a written quotation, invoice, order confirmation, approved drawing or signed agreement contains project-specific terms, those documents control that project where they differ from these general terms.

Scope and acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to zesmir.com and the use of Zesmir’s engineering review, custom 3D printing, CNC, personalized product, hand-finishing, packaging and related manufacturing services.
By submitting a design file, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit confidential files or place an order.
Submitted files, intellectual property and confidentiality
You are responsible for providing accurate files, dimensions, specifications and instructions. A Design for Manufacturability review may identify visible production risks, but it does not transfer responsibility for the underlying design, engineering function, regulatory suitability or intellectual property rights.
You retain your intellectual property rights in submitted designs. By submitting files, you represent that you own the design or have the licenses and authority required for Zesmir to review and reproduce it for the requested work.
You agree to indemnify and hold Zesmir harmless from third-party claims, lawsuits or copyright and patent infringement liabilities resulting from the reproduction of designs you provide.
Quotations, order acceptance and quantity
Quotation validity
A quotation is valid for 30 days from its issue date unless the quotation states a different period. A revised file, quantity, material, finish, delivery destination or scope may require a revised quotation.
Order acceptance
Production begins after the agreed payment terms are met and the project specifications are confirmed. Zesmir may request clarification before accepting or starting the work.
Project-specific quantity
Minimum quantity and the production route depend on geometry, material, finish, packaging and project economics. A single prototype, personalized item or low-volume run may be reviewed through a manual RFQ.
Specifications, tolerances, finishes and handmade variation
Manufacturing tolerances are not universal across resin, polymer, metal, CNC, finishing and assembly routes. The applicable tolerance, measurement method, cosmetic requirement and acceptance criteria must come from the confirmed quotation, drawing, written specification or approved sample.
Acceptance must be written clearly
Layer lines, support marks, surface texture and minor process characteristics may be normal when they were disclosed or inherent to the agreed process. A critical dimension, appearance face, color target, fit requirement or sample approval should be identified before production.
Review manufacturing optionsHand-painted and hand-finished items may show slight variation in shading or detail. Expected handmade variation is not automatically a manufacturing defect when the approved sample or written description allows it.
Payment and production authorization
The quotation or order confirmation states the applicable price, currency, payment schedule and included scope. Production is authorized only after the agreed payment requirements and project confirmation are complete.
Costs caused by a buyer-requested change, revised file, additional finishing, extra inspection, new packaging, quantity change or delivery change may require written approval and an updated price before work continues.
Shipping, customs and delivery responsibility
International delivery may be arranged to eligible destinations after the parcel, material, address, customs requirements and carrier route are reviewed. Available carriers may include DHL, FedEx, UPS or another suitable service. Restricted destinations, remote areas, regulated goods and oversized or overweight parcels may require different conditions or may be unavailable.
Unless the order documents state otherwise, the customer is responsible for destination-country import requirements and for customs duties, taxes or clearance fees assessed by the destination authorities.
Inspect the parcel after delivery. Report shipping damage within 7 calendar days and keep clear photographs of the product, outer parcel, shipping label and internal packaging so Zesmir can review the order and any carrier process.
Read Shipping & DeliveryCancellations, returns and manufacturing issues
Eligible unused direct-buy retail products follow the published Returns & Refunds policy. Custom 3D printing, CNC, personalized figurines, prototypes, OEM work and custom packaging are not ordinary change-of-mind returns after production, material preparation or paid design work begins.
If custom work materially differs from the approved file, written specification or confirmed sample because of a verifiable manufacturing error, notify Zesmir within 7 calendar days after delivery. After reviewing the order records, Zesmir may arrange a reprint, repair, replacement, partial refund or refund as appropriate.
For cancellation, contact Zesmir immediately. Cancellation is not available after production begins. Before work starts, any refund decision may account for approved design, engineering, material or payment-processing costs already incurred.
Read Returns & RefundsCustomer use and limitation of liability
The customer is responsible for deciding whether a manufactured prototype, part or product is suitable for its intended use, installation, load, environment, regulatory context and end-market application unless a separate written agreement assigns a specific validation responsibility to Zesmir.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zesmir is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, downtime, or damage arising from the use or inability to use manufactured prototypes or parts in end-market applications.
Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms and separate agreements for Zesmir services are governed by the applicable laws governing Zesmir’s studio operations, unless a written agreement for the order states otherwise.
Zesmir may update or replace these terms. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date, but a change does not replace project-specific terms already confirmed in writing unless the parties agree otherwise.
