Four details that make an RFQ useful

Good input reduces follow-up questions and makes the proposed manufacturing route easier to compare.

File or photo evidence

Send the latest model revision, drawing or clear reference photos. Mark uncertain areas instead of hiding them.

Finished size and quantity

State the required dimensions and whether this is one prototype, a test batch or repeat production.

Use and appearance

Describe fit, load, heat, outdoor exposure, visible faces, color and surface expectations that affect the route.

Critical features and delivery

Identify threads, sealing faces, mating areas and the destination country before quotation.
